The Happy Nation Games

Champion your well-being.

Can’t wait to start working on yourself? In the spirit of the Olympic Games, we launched a free teaser of our wellyou program. Soon we will organize the first-ever worldwide Happy Nation Games. For 21 days, twice a year, people will compete in a series of challenges designed to help them become well-being champions. And the best part? It only takes 30 to 45 minutes of your day to participate.

You don’t need to be an athlete to compete; everyone can join, regardless of how sporty you are. With physical, mental, and social challenges, we will stimulate you to invest in yourself daily. We do have to warn you, working on yourself is addictive. Side effects may include wanting to do even more sports and going to bed with a smile and sore muscles. Besides this, we have some fantastic prizes lined up for you to keep you motivated.

How does it work?

Every morning, a new physical challenge will be waiting for you in the app, so change into comfortable clothes and make sure you’re ready! After clicking play, a new instructor will appear on your screen. They will explain the challenge of the day and guide you through it. Each trainer will have their own focus, including but not limited to full-body workouts, yin yoga, and deep stretching. Don’t worry. There will be different levels so that everybody can join. Undeniably, this will be ideal for those wanting to get or stay in shape during the summer. If you’re an athlete, this will be a perfect pre-season workout to start the next year extra sharp.

Second, we will provide you with a mental challenge. Science has repeatedly shown that gratitude is one
of the most effective ways to increase happiness and improve mental health. With the gratitude challenge, you’ll feel a sense of contentment and joy as you reflect on the positive aspects of your life. Try it yourself! Set a three-minute timer and let yourself get into the gratitude flow. You’ll be amazed at how much better you feel after doing this for just one week.

Your third challenge will include performing an act
of kindness. Did you know that givers actually experience higher happiness levels than receivers? That’s right – by sharing kindness with others, you’ll release endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine – the holy trinity of happiness hormones! These feel-good chemicals will flood your system, leaving you with an incredible mood and sense
of well-being. What’s more, you can even direct some of these acts of kindness toward yourself! Take a moment to indulge in some self-care, treat yourself to a delicious snack, or simply take a few deep breaths and appreciate your awesomeness.

So, let’s get started on this kindness revolution! Whether it’s holding open a door, paying for someone’s coffee, or simply offering a smile, your small acts of kindness can make a huge impact. Spread the love and watch your own happiness rise!
